PVO finished up semester 1 with 12 of our students completing a 2-day Standard First Aid course with John Paddon. These students not only gain CTS credits but also earn a first aid certificate that is valid for 3 years. Their skills could be invaluable in case of an emergency and adds to their employability. A big shout out to John for the great job he does teaching this course.

Our small school now has over 90 students registered for courses! Some of our students are blended with E. W. Pratt and come to PVO to take selected courses not available to them otherwise, some attend full time, and some students do all of their school work off-site. Regular attenders can participate in - and get credits toward high school graduation for - several unique programs:

On Thursday, October 27th, parents of students in junior and senior high school will receive an automated email from our grade-book company, Maplewood, with login credentials for our new parent portal.

After many months of hard work and long hours, High Prairie School Division is excited to debut its new website powered by SchoolMessenger.
